Clean room, not big but enough. Bathroom is clean and have all the amenities. Checkin and checkout is fast and easy. Towel and bed sheet is clean and smell good, bed is properly fitted. Parking lot is easy as the hotel is not full

Really poor food and beverages in both room service and breakfast

This is my 5th time coming and I expect the same standard as previous visit. However, it was just below standard. Room is ok, the Covid19 protocol is really good. But, the room service and breakfast service was really bad. I need to wait 1 hour 10 mins to get my food coming in room with reminder after 50 mins. Ordered spaghetti and pizza. The spaghetti was not cooked well. I can feel the hardness of the spaghetti. On breakfast, entered for dine in 6.50, ordered at 7.00am (no buffet as in Covid19 protocol). 7.20am the the tea was coming, 7.30am I left the place and told the waitress just cancel it because it just took forever to wait.

I don't understand how people think customer will come back if they treat customer like this. Basically I paid my entire room rent upon checkin. An advance lower than expected expenses was paid too as we (including hotel staff checked me in) agreed that it may be difficult to return the balance than settling extra spent. But room service started calling twice to pay as I exceeded the advance, though my room rent is there extra than I had stayed till that point. They had audacity to ask me to come down and pay in the middle of my dinner and international call. Aside I need to ask to get ear buds which is not provided unless I ask. I decided to vacate before I completed my stay as on the last night I received hopeless service by not providing coffee and milk powder even after I called and promised - showing off as I complained in the morning?? I was even worried my food will get spiked which I order. So I left in the morning.

The AC way too hot and it took until the early hours to be cool. the Iron was not clean and ruined my white shirt... finally coffee in the room is not ok (but the cappuccino at the breakfast made up for that)

The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is bright and clean. However, the housekeeper has forgot to supply us the bath towels on the last night. But when we called; staff has brought the towels to us right away.

Great location near to hightway ans easy access to airport 45mn and near to shopping mall, nice room, small pool at rooftop with great view of Jakarta. Breakfast is ok but nothing special (need to improve for quality of pastry and bread). Very good brazilian restaurant.

I've stayed in Mercure Simatupang several times since 2016 and I've seen the standards of quality decreasing: my last stay I had to make comments about bed sheets (some cigaret burnt dots on it), massage quality (first time I've to complain about it), the policy about not using plastic straws while they give it to you automatically for each juice (even advertised in the elevator...), the pickup service at airport is outsourced to a company with poor customer service... I chose this hotel because it was close to my office in Jakarta, next time I'll go further in another hotel.

Short weekend stay

The hotel is clean and comfortable but the location is not the best unless you have business in pundok indah area. I stayed during the Eid holidays and there were only few guests. So it looked empty. I was disappointed with breakfast because the fruits and some food were stale and I got stomach problems because of that. Hope this is not normal.

Good hotel with outstanding staffs

The hotel located at the trafficjam point, but near by highway. Its not so easy to go by feet to places nearby and with baby its nearly impossible. I always had to take a taxi even when we have to go to the nearest place. The hotel its self is good, i had a nice room with stunning view. But the highlight of the hotel is its staffs. The housekeeping team are very kind, always give me more water and clean the room at the time i need. Thanks to Aji and Novel and all other housekeeping team. And the restaurant staffs are outstanding, they let me feel like home. They gave my baby always delicious porridge and gave me tee with lemon and honey as i was sick. Thank you so much Mr.Soleh, Erik, Ridwan, and also Mrs. Ina, Donna, Agata, Syakila, and other restaurant team for making my days great. We will be back again next time.

A night in Mercure Jakarta Simatupang

Me, my wife and our friends stayed there for 1 night. Going to this hotel is a bit challenging because of the construction going on near the hotel. the room feels more like a bigger version of ibis. We are also a bit disappointed with the bathroom.

Good hotel for business. My privilege room was quiet and comfortable. Good breakfeast as usual and good service as usual. My office is close so very good location to avoid traffic jam. My only concerns are the fitness room (too small in my opinion) and the swimming pool (not really a swimming pool)

The location of this hotel is superb, next to 2 supermarkets wich is Carefour & Giant. Close to famaous shoping mall "Pondok Indah Mall" easy acces to airport and next year when Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit operate will located next to Lebak Bulus Station.

I have stayed here before and it's handy if you have meeting in the South. There is major construction if you are heading downtown from here, however the airport is a clear shot.The rooms are clean and the wifi is good.
