Professionalism of management show that care for environment, big posters to communicate to guests ensure they can always contact someone when need help, but most adorable experience I got surprised by Lee HK decorated our bed on my pre BD trip in sg made my day with cute handmade BD card and tiny cake as silver member they offer good drink as welcome drink too amazing stay wt ibis Bencoolen highly Recommend to anyone and only 2 mins walk to mrt Bencoolen and convenient to call grab too

why is my pre-auth transaction still pending in my card?

Arrived SG and checked-in on 25/4 around 16:26 for 2 rooms 2 days stay (prebooked via agoda.com) - my card was charged 2 pre-auth transactions amounting to SDG1,100 - via MID:00…505 - TID:92… - INV: 001957 and 001958 - checked out on 27/4 around 11:18, my card was charged SDG925.62 - via MID: 00…505 - TID:92… - INV: 000031 It's already more than a week now, my credit card transaction still showing pending transaction from IBIS amounting at SGD550 (posted on 25/4) and another transaction pending at SGD1 (posted on 25/4)?? the Tax invoice issued from IBIS, to my notice and surprised when I open to view, is printed with wrong address too. I am from Malaysia, the address printed was "30 08, Prudential Tower, 19 Cecil, Bangkok." Can you kindly look into this case before I lodge a report to my HSBC card rep? I seriously did not expect this was the service rendered from IBIS, as I am quite a Ibis guest when I travelling to Bangkok too.

staff Great. Bed Doonas are horrible led to horrible nights sleep. It trapped my body heat in keeping me hot all night.
