Very dusty to the point my black trousers were covered after sitting on chair in room Looked like dog hair on bottom of my husband’s slippers. The gentleman in the buffet breakfast picked up the croissant with his hands and threw them back on the others Lady behind reception was lovely, friendly and helpf

I stay here all the time. Problems are rare but when they do ocassionally crop up, the staff are always so happy to help. I think its the best budget hotel in this "ugly lovely town" (Dylan Thomas) by far. Thanks to Kate and her team for always making my stay so nice
