Beautiful Spa area and treatments. I have been a member here for about ten years and enjoy visiting the thermal suite. Tammy is an excellent therapist delivering tailored treatments to a very high standard.

We arrived around 6 to find the link between Hotels.com and the hotel to finalise the booking had not been made. It meant that whilst the payment had gone through, we were not registered on Norton Grange reservations. The duty manager was superb, he sourced after searching our booking, had to move rooms round and we were sorted. In the bar, the staff( Nikki) was excellent. Overall food , stay first class, well done!

Heather on reception greeted us with a smile which was lovely and had great customer service. Room was well presented, the pool and spa was great to use after a 17 hour flight. For ease we ate at the hotel and the food was lovely. Stayed for 1 night but would be happy to return again.

I've been a member of Rochdale Spa for just over 12 months now and find the experience excellent every time. The reception staff, particularly Lucy and Lewis, are very welcoming and helpful l also enjoy the aquasize sessions on a Thursday with Hannah.

Came to the hotel for a soul and Motown night .

Would not come back again , came for a soul and Motown evening which included a meal for £30. Meal was a beef dinner which was very bland and lacked any kind of seasoning. The beef itself was tiny and mine was 20% fat whilst my wife’s was well done to say the least . Certainty not value for money. Room lacks atmosphere and too many people squashed onto a table. Would definitely not recommend
