The hotel's 156 bedrooms offer guests a range of accommodation options including classic, privilege, suite, interconnecting and 7 accessible rooms. The hotel is well located and it was easy to park, both of which are big plus points. All of the staff that we met were lovely and went out of their way to help. The breakfast was very nice and there were tea and coffee supplies in the room. The bathroom looked as though it was recently renovated, but the bedroom looked a bit weathered. A new carpet and windows would definitely make a difference. The hairdryer didn’t work so I’d suggest checking that before you need it! I had to go to breakfast with wet hair. That said, it didn’t spoil our stay and I would use the hotel again.

Stunning hotel with amazing service. From Start to Finish the whole experience was brilliant. the service from the front desk staff is fantastic. the facilities are always clean. all staff members are so welcoming and very polite. Breakfast is stunning and Callum ( the F&B Supervisor) is an absolute credit to the team.

I went to stay at this hotel for one night to celebrate my birthday with one of my friends. Unfortunately, for the £170 we spent for the one night, the service and accommodation was not up to scratch. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff behind the reception desk were not warm and welcoming, and looked at us as if they didn’t know why we were there. We were 10 minutes early for our check in, but they told us the room was ready. Once we entered the room, we found that there was a man in our bathroom, who said he was ‘Maintenance’. He left very quickly after we arrived. My friend went for a quick nap, and I went to the super market for around 30 minutes. The same maintenance man comes into our hotel room during this time, whilst my friend is sleeping, to fix the broken toilet flush (which should have been either fixed before hand, or we should have been provided with a room that already had a working flush). I had paid £22 for a bottle of Prosecco to be in the room upon arrival, but unfortunately it was not there, so when a lady was checking rooms to see if all was ok, I told her that we did not have the drinks we paid for, however, she did not speak any English and did not understand what I was saying, so had to use a translator - although, she was lovely and the nicest member of staff we encountered - and in the end we did receive our drinks from a smartly dressed man, who also provided us with 2x extra free drinks. Additionally to all of this, our shower drain was blocked, causing the bathroom floor, and the hallway carpet to become flooded, leaving lots of our belongings wet. I had sent a message on the Whatsapp to the reception desk stating the problem and requested that either someone look at it or we get a room change - but they read my message and completely ignored us, so we had to make do as we were under time pressures and had to make a reservation for 6pm. I had also paid an extra £30 for a late check out at 3pm - but was woken up at 7:00 and again at 8:00 by somebody banging on our door - I didn’t answer because I found it to be ridiculous and rather unfair. All in all, this stay was rather unenjoyable, and for the price paid, should have been much better. I am looking forward to hearing from the Hotel to see how they are going to resolve this issue. I do not recommend this Hotel.

We booked the dinner, drinks, bed and breakfast deal online in a family room as it would be 2 adults and a baby. We checked into a lovely big room, but unfortunately were told that we couldn’t eat dinner in the restaurant due to a big party - but they would find a space in the bar for us. This was abit disappointing as we had paid for the whole package. The room was great, until the next morning where my son was unfortunately sick on the bed so we immediately stripped the bed to save the mattress where we discovered it was absolutely covered in blood. I don’t expect a brand new mattress at all, however this was really unacceptable. I went to speak to the receptionist who was great and immediately changed our room for our second and final night. When we went to our next room it was probably half the size and sadly didn’t have a bath, which we needed for my son (5 months) - the size of the room wasn’t overly a concern but it was great to have in the first room as babies need a lot of things! The manager was great and found us a room with a bath, so 3rd time lucky in our case! We love staying in this hotel and find the staff super friendly, it was a shame there was a problem with the cleanliness and hopefully this can be resolved within your team at the hotel.
