On arrive staff were rude and impatient while we were opening our suitcase for our purse after our long journey, the staff member couldn’t speak a lot of English and had to get someone else to help her who also wasn’t sure what she was doing.

Everything generally great. Very nice and professional personnel. But no feed-back on the early check-in (which ended up not being necessary as plane delayed) and quiet room asked twice when made reservation online. Then the room I was assigned to was not clean at ''normal'' time check-in. Problem was solved before I came back I few hour later.
