We had a great stay. The staff were very helpful, the restaurant was good and the hotel is in the centre of the city near to shops and you can see the whole city by foot. Much has been added since we were there last 2 years ago following the devastating earthquake several years past.

Lovely room with a great view, comfortable bed. But the best bit was the staff, especially the lovely Joshua on the front desk - fantastic sense of humour, excellent dinner recommendations, and a wonderful, warm, welcoming approach to his guests.
