"The overall experience was good, and the food was also very good. However, there was no staff available to assist with luggage, and we had to carry it ourselves. Kindly arrange for room service or housekeeping support to help guests transport their luggage to and from the reception area. This would greatly enhance the guest experience." Thanks

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is perfect for sightseeing—just a five-minute walk to the metro station. The staff was incredibly welcoming and even allowed us to store our bags after check-out. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and The staff went above and beyond to help us

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. I had upgraded my booking from a Standard Room to a Superior Room. Upon checking in, the front desk staff informed me that my booking included two complimentary tins, but they failed to explain how I should collect them. As a result, I waited the entire day expecting them to be delivered to my room. It was only during checkout that I was informed I had to collect them directly from the restaurant. It would have been much better if someone had called my room after check-in to clarify this process. Furthermore, I was assured that someone would contact me after checkout regarding a voucher or coupon for these two tins to be used during my next stay. Instead, I received a call at 12:00 PM asking about my checkout status-even though I had already checked out at 6:00 AM. Since then, no one has followed up with me regarding the coupon. I would appreciate an update on this matter
