I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for yet another wonderful stay at IBIS Hitech City Hyderabad. This was my 7th time staying with you, and once again, it felt more like a home stay rather than just a hotel experience. From the ambience and convenience to the delicious food and excellent facilities, I have always enjoyed everything that IBIS has to offer. However, what truly makes my stay special is the impeccable service provided by your amazing staff. Nazeer, Rajnandini, Vikas, Sairam, and Shiva (and Many more) are the real diamonds of IBIS! Their dedication and warmth make every visit a truly delightful experience. my special thanks to Shiva and Chef (don't know his name) who prepared special "khichdi" for me on my fasting days :) I can confidently say that after staying at IBIS more than seven times, this hotel has earned the title of "The Best" in my book. Thank you for consistently providing such a welcoming and comfortable environment. I look forward to my next visit!

Very old rooms and less space and bad room ambience. Food taste was not good

I stayed in this property for five nights last week. I didn't have a great experience. Here are some of the issues: no early check-in, long check-in times, no hand towels/face tissues in the bathroom (I had to call each day for a hand towel), cranking chair, compact room size - overall, I had the feeling of a small budget hotel. The only saving grace was the breakfast. It was good with a decent number of options.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
