We stayed at your place multiple times, and we always drive up in our pickup truck. You have enough parking spots under cover, but it is too tight for pickup truck and the parking outside is full by small cars. Why don't you navigate small cars to basement parking and leave outside parking to bigger cars? We needed to park your other parking which is a bit far and very inconvenient. If you let only big cars outside, you still have enough parking space in basement for small cars.
