Location is perfect. Area is very good. Just opp to metro station. Grocery store is nearby as well. The staff was very nice specially the restaurant staff. Manoj was so helpful he is the one clean my room nice meet by muskan she was the supervisor of my room anna from recption was very polite

I had a very dissatisfied experience at Novotel due to following reasons: 1) Laundry service did not do my service . I hung my cloths outside together with notification of taking my laundry however no one did any laundry and instead left a note of apologize for me. I also said housekeeping of any urgent service but said cannot do it. 2) Toilet shower had problems and was shower carrier was broken. 3) A/C was giving lot of noises all time of stay. 4) After hotel visit had mouth infection and had to go to doctor .

Highly-recommended!Our expectations have been exceeded. Ms. Evangeline of front desk have been very warm, genuine and accommodating. The BEST customer service we have experienced so far. The room we stayed in is cozy. The buffet is good. Rates are reasonably priced and the smoothies are great!! Rayhan muskan helpful
