Room for Improvement in Housekeeping, but Great Dining Experience

I’m currently staying at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and while I’ve had some wonderful experiences, I am very disappointed with the housekeeping service. For two days in a row, every time I’ve left my room, I’ve noticed a housekeeping staff member cleaning the room opposite mine. I’ve politely requested that they clean my room as well, and they’ve acknowledged my request each time. However, I’ve returned hours later to find that my room still hasn’t been cleaned. I’ve had to call the housekeeping line repeatedly to get any action. I don’t understand why my room is being overlooked when I’ve asked politely, and it’s frustrating to have to keep following up for basic service. On a positive note, the room itself is spacious, although the bathroom and wardrobe are on the smaller side, making it less suitable for long stays. The dining experience has been a highlight! Both breakfast and lunch are shared facilities between Novotel and Ibis, which is a great touch. I want to commend two outstanding servers, Samuel and Naglaa—their warm smiles and friendly greetings truly made each meal feel special. The food itself has been consistently delicious. While the lunch selection isn’t huge, everything is well-prepared and flavorful. Breakfast offers a wide selection, including hot dishes, which is a great way to start the day with energy. To the management team: please address the housekeeping issue. It’s the only aspect that’s affected my otherwise pleasant stay here. I’m in Room 457 and would be happy to provide more feedback if needed, as I’ve already raised this with the housekeeping team directly.

Room was bit smaller than expectations! Very fast chack in/out. Quite and close to Mall of the Emirates. Sleeping quality 10/10. Very clean & hygienic. They providing glass bottle water as complimentary, this is the things only impressed me more then expectations. Staff are very friendly. See you soon

The service was a 10/10 .From the catering to the cleaning service . Most importantly the customer service from Nouman from Al Salaam Tourism official desk in ibis Mall Avenue was just amazing. Helped us come up options of places we could tour while we were in Dubai. He ensured everything runed smoothly. The best part was him organizing VIP pickup and drop at the hotel. This was a huge relief since it helped us manorvuer comfortably in the city.
