I will suggest to all always staying with IBIS Cause very high standards room and cleaning every day the room also change every day bed sheet pellow cover first time i found like this quality and experience its like seem like 5star hotel I appreciated

We had a comfortable stay we came early to hotel room are bit small but ok fot couple also thanks for receptionist guy zeeshan he helped us with early fast check in near to metro near ti mall of Emirates only walk in distance..................

I am really happy after my stay at IBIS Mall Avenue. Staffs were very courteous especially Zeeshan at the reception who really took good care of me. Staff like Zeeshan makes a huge difference and brings the guest back. Room was very clean and had all sort of amenities. The most important thing is that the hotel is focusing on sustainability. The valet was also very active and professional. Hotel is highly recommended to everyone.

I and my fiancé checked into room 157 and I must say, the hotel is very neat and well maintained especially the rooms. Khaled is excellent receptionist. Despite he being alone on the front desk when we were checking in, he didn’t make us wait for long because, he was fast in doing his job and friendly as well. I called for some room items and it didn’t take long before they brought the items. The housekeeper was very fast to respond to our needs. Daniel, the security was also fantastic, awesome and friendly. I like his interaction and his socialization. We really enjoyed staying in Ibis Mall Avenue and we will surely come back again. 💙💙💙❤️

HOTEL THAT COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS

This is a formal complaint: on 26/04, after 12 hours flight, arrived at this hotel and it was closed due to floods that happened in dubai a week before. No one took a minute to contact me prior to my arrival, prior to my flight to let me know in advance they could not honor the booking so I could make changes in advance. no email, no call.... When arrived after 12 hours travel and a night in a plane, i found a closed hotel, with a few people wandering inside, no-one took notice of care of a client trying to understand why the hotel he booked in was closed... And then It became very clear why no one called in advance : one hotel staff told me I could move me in their sister hotel the ibis Deira. ( 20 km away on the other side of the city, same owner obviously... looks like the client is definitely the last priority...). I then complained and asked to be moved to the ibis al Barsha that is only a couple of km away, and explaining the location choice had been made for a reason, they made the arrangement... Then went to that ibis (at my own cost and after wasting another hour discussions). checked in for the same dates and paid, and gave again my loyalty card nb, yet the stay is not reflecting on my account.... I look forward a formal apology as this is not acceptable that a customer is not contacted prior to check in when the hotel has closed and cannot honor the reservation, and also, I am still to receive the credits of the due loyalty points for that stay. after 4 stays in that hotel in the last year, it shows really how they care about customers...
