I was pushed to paid at check in even requesting a pre authorization. It was answered in not polite way. Also my shower area wasn't cleaned from one day to the other.

We were part of a large group that was staying at the property and the staff was very helpful and patient when dealing with such a large group. My family and I were also looking for entertainment on one of our free evenings and the desk attendant on duty helped us make reservations for a tango dinner and show which was excellent. The hotel even provided free transportation back to the hotel at the end of the evening which was an added plus we were not expecting.

I stay at this hotel on every business stay in Buenos Aires I had and just love it. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, staff very friendly, restaurant good for every meal. I really recommend it.
