Felt unsafe and uncomfortable

Terrible. At first we thought "Okay I'm sure it would be better once we're in our room." But we felt UNSAFE for 2 nights. Atmosphere felt dodgy, elevator felt dodgy, outside felt dodgy. We were also barged in by one of the cleaners who walked in on us when we were inside. He literally just came in knocking as quick as he could, which made everything else worse than it already is. We complained at the front desk and she told us if the cleaner knocked 3 times and said 'housekeeping' but the man knocked rapidly and came in without saying anything lol After that incident, we couldn't help but block our doors with the red chairs provided in the room. Worst experience ever.

I was surprised when I saw so many bad comments about this place. I gave it a crack because of the location and of the competitive price and I made the right call. Conveniently located , my room has everything for a nice stay when you are on a budget. Nice bed , good wifi , complimentary tea and coffee and even a balcony on the room the get some fresh air. I trully recommend.

Check in was a nightmare due to a booking I made for August where I put another persons name on a 2nd room and somehow that name was added to my 10th May booking, then the 2nd room key kept clearing itself even though we made 100% sure it wasn’t near anything & was in a pocket on its own, then the soap ran out and the TV stopped working. Am meant to be staying again down the track but am also looking at other options which is annoying when I’ve paid for an Accor membership for the discounted rates.

The room was adequate. Fixtures and fittings need upgrading. If you are providing a kitchen you need to provide kitchen utensils, e.g. knives, forks and bowels etc
