I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who swiftly checked me in while offering a refreshing drink and just what I needed after my long journey. The lobby area was clean and posh. Room was big and spacious. Will return. Very soon in the near future

I had an absolutely amazing time at VIE Hotel in Bangkok. The location of the hotel is great. The suite was spacious, cozy and clean. The breakfast buffet was so delicious with a variety of options. The staff were hospitable and friendly especially Guest Experience Manager Ms. Nunnapas Kaewbor, she always ready to help. I definitely recommend this hotel for guests to relax and enjoy.

Checking in and out was a breeze. Room may be a little dated but it was certainly clean. Breakfast variety was great too. Bathroom water pressure was a little weak and water temperature could gets erratic, especially during peak hours i.e 9am. Otherwise, the overall experience was great.

The hotel is dysfucntional. Attached are the picture of the king sized room..It is a hastily joined twin room with no idea of design aesthetics safety or utility. Further kept us waiting for 2 hours and then said we upgrade you and gave us a king room which we originally booked. Go figure. Asking for general was in vain he was unavailable to deal with issues in his own hotel. Kept a baby awake way past his bedtime but couldn't bother to show up to do his job
