About every 4 minutes there was knocking in the pipes. We were given a trolley at 3am to move our 3 suitcases to a new room which had a different noise in it. Didnt sleep all night.

On arrival i was told that my stay was not registered. The previous nights booking was showing as a no show even though I had proof on a call 2 wkes prior to change the date due to Ferry changes. The only saving grace was Tina.... she was calm and kind and got me sorted, even giving me a room that would allow my moterbike to be outside my window for added security. I had just stayed the previous night in an Ibis in France and all I can say is UK Ibis is more like a basic hostal with clearly a homeless shelter aswell.
