We visited Novotel Outer Ring Road for a one night stay. Top notch experience. Heya made our stay extra special. Checkin was a smooth experience handled Gayatri at the front desk. Chef made food of our choice and we enjoyed it. Look to be back soon again.

Best hotel if you want to stay near your corporate campus. Naman is a very corporative receptionist, will help and guide you all time when ita required. The hotel is neat and clean. Best in the locality and buffet is also very good. And room service is always on time

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks whilst travelling for business. This was my first time staying here after previously stating at the Radisson on many occasions however, an office move now makes the Novotel a more convenient option. Overall I had a good stay but with a few small notes. First the good: The hotel is in a convenient location for surrounding offices with the bonus of being walking distance to these as well as a couple of good bars if you fancy something different for dinner and drinks. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay and the staff generally very friendly and helpful. In terms of dining, there is a good choice of food options. Breakfast had great variety and was always fresh and tasty. I had room service on a few occasions and again found this to be convenient and pretty good value. I also really liked your restaurant/bar by the pool. This is a little more expensive but a lovely setting and a great place to relax with a drink at the end of the day. As we had executive rooms, we also appreciated access to the premier lounge with happy hour free drinks and snacks. The pool and gym are a decent size and well maintained and again a good spot to relax outside of work. I also enjoyed a massage and facial at the spa which was of very high quality. And some notes: Whilst our stay was generally very good, there are one or two small comments I would make. The rooms in general are very nice, a decent size with comfortable beds and I had a pleasant view of the pool. However, there were a couple of small things that were slightly annoying, especially as I had a fairly long stay. Firstly, there is no full length mirror anywhere in the room which is not ideal when trying to get ready for the day. There is also no mirror with a plug socket nearby so you are unable to see yourself when trying to do your hair etc. I also noticed on arrival that there are no drawers at all in the room - only shelves and a wardrobe. Again a fairly small thing but a bit annoying for storing smaller items. The other thing I missed was a minibar. Having had this in other hotels, it is nice to have the availability of small snacks and drinks without having to wait for room service (which would also be more expensive). With regards to breakfast, whilst the food was good, it was sometimes frustrating to arrive to find that tables were not being reset quickly enough between guests so you would constantly be having to ask for cutlery etc. This was despite there always being plenty of staff working. Likewise, on many mornings I was asked multiple times by multiple staff whether I would like coffee/tea yet, when I asked for this, I often waited ages and had to chase for it as it seems everything was just a bit disorganised. My final feedback would be in relation to housekeeping. I would start by saying that the cleaner on my floor was excellent - he introduced himself to me several times during my stay and my room was always kept spotless. However, I did annoyed by contact emails from the housekeeping team. On the first day of my stay, I received and email about mid-afternoon to say that they had noticed the 'Do Not Disturb' light was illuminated and asking if they could clean my room. I replied advising that the light had been turned off around 3 hours earlier and replaced with the 'Make Up My Room' light and therefore I was happy for them to go ahead. The room was cleaned accordingly. The following day the same thing happened and so I responded stating the same thing again and explaining that, during my stay I would be in my room until around midday before going to the office and therefore would ask that my room be serviced in the afternoons. Each day I turned off the DND light as I left for work yet everyday I received the same email again! I don't believe this is a auto generated email but it got very annoying having to respond to this everyday. Having stayed at other hotels in the area, many of which are frequented by European business people with similar schedules, afternoon cleaning has never been an issue before, especially when we explained our schedule to them. Even if they were unable to clean in the afternoon for some reason, I would have preferred this to be explained rather than constantly be bombarded by the same email each day. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and will be booking to stay again later in the year, but I think a few small improvements could make this excellent.
