Great location for any event at Olympic Park

Perfect location for any sporting or other events in Olympic Park. We stayed for three nights while going to the United Cup tennis, which was a 10minute walk away or a 5 minute complimentary bus ride from the train station away. The staff were welcoming and friendly and liked the pre-arrival email from Kristina. Our room was spacious and had everything we required on a high level floor, courtesy of our Accor loyalty. We enjoyed the evening canapes and drinks which are self-service. Breakfast was very good in the restaurant on the ground floor. We did experience a couple of minor glitches with food orders at the bar - firstly being delivered the wrong order, meant for the table 2 along from us and secondly at breakfast receiving the wrong poached egg order - this was all rectified. All in all highly recommend this hotel for its facilities, staff and location.

Went to see Game at Accor stadium. Very busy. people going to the game also thousands at the nearby exhibition hall. Several good restaurants in the area and large shopping mall within walking distance ( Homebush ) Hotel was very good. Rooms,Dining,Lounge.

The customer service from all the staff was fantastic. We can’t thank you enough for looking after our team girls who were all treated well. Nothing was too much trouble including help look after our esky for the girls lunches and snacks. They helped with the little things that made our tour so much better. Everyone was so polite! Best hotel stay ever. Thank you

I was very impressed with this hotel. We stayed for a few nights in Deluxe Double 1060 and the room was spotless, nicely decorated & with a lovely outlook over the stadiums. The daily servicing of the rooms was excellent, and they should be commended. Check-In was friendly and accommodating. Bar Service was also friendly and professional. Shout out to Tony & his crew for their awesome service and attention to detail. Loved the fruity water in the foyer and the easy access to Qudos Bank Arena. The only small downer was the unhappy check-out guy who probably should find another job that doesn't deal with tourists and customers generally. Seemed totally disinterested. But honestly, congratulations to you all for a high-quality, well-run hotel. We will be back :)
