We chose Novotel Salerno for our trip to explore the area as it was located very conveniently to Salerno centre, Amalfi coast, southern more relaxed beaches and its easy access at any time of day. The room was clean, although not maintained to a high std as it needs some works. The staff was polite, helpful and welcoming. When we go again in that area, we'll likely choose it again for our stay

Reception service excellent Room tiding poor. Used towels left in the room, bed blankets re-done inappropriately, one elevator out of 2 working, bathroom condition poor near to disgusting. Floor filthy.
