Returned to the Pullman Kuching after a few years and a well deserved refurbishment has since taken place (and ongoing). The room has a fresh look and feel with a nicely appointed toilet. Only concern was that the water pressure to the shower was a bit on the low side. Room was otherwise spotless and could not fault.

We regret that the shower water pressure did not meet your expectations and that you encountered issues with the shower gel dispenser. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Kuching. The hospitality and service provided by the team were truly excellent. Everyone was very friendly, humble, polite and caring throughout my stay, from the staff assisting with my baggage upon arrival to the front office team and the breakfast restaurant staff. A special appreciation to Mr. Nasrizal from the Front Office for being exceptionally humble, professional and polite during my stay. The hotel ambience after renovation looks beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my overall experience and felt well taken care of throughout my stay.
