Your front desk staff on 19 Dec. 2025 was polite and efficient. In the room 2007, housekeeping can be improved. Bathroom floor was sticky, shower handle was too tight, and shower gel dispenser did not work (no gel was dispensed when I pressed the lever). I went to front desk the next morning 20 Dec. to get this attended to. When I returned in the evening, the shower gel dispenser still did not dispense the soap. On my way out to dinner, I reported again. This morning 21 Dec it finally worked. Thank you. At your coffee house Ms. Solly was smiley and attentive. I signed for ALL because of the brand m. I hope everything else will improve at my next visit. Thank you.

We stayed at this nice, spacious hotel and enjoyed its buffet breakfast. The breakfast hall had lovely atmosphere, nicely decorated and breakfast was beautifully presented , had quite varied selections of hot and cold foods. They also prepared your laksa or eggs/omelet as your liking . A good selection of fresh fruits, pastries, ice creams as well as many other options of drinks, salads, cheese, etc were available. We have stayed at other Pullman hotels and this buffet breakfast by far exceeded our expectations. Above all the staff/ chefs who worked at the buffet breakfast were all well dressed, polite , efficient and friendly, smiling all the time and acted in a caring manners, they certainly made our breakfast much more enjoyable and many thanks to all of them.
