Vraiment un top accueil, un petit déjeuner varié, les chambres sont propres, le lobby est magnifique, et le personnel est ultra chaleureux, un sourire à chaque fois que vous rencontrez quelqu'un. Aussi nous avons eu accès au louange exécutive, franchement je recommande à 100%, il est ouvert de 17h à 19h et ça vous évitera de payer un dîner à l'extérieur, tout est inclus même les cocktails et desserts. Nous étions une famille de 5 et on a toujours été bien reçu par l'équipe du louange, notamment Jay. L'emplacement également est top pour visiter, proche du métro aérien et de nombreux bus. Je recommande à 100%

Séjour globalement très agréable dans cet établissement, avec de réels atouts en matière de confort et de prestations. Le check-in au Lounge VIP donne d’emblée le ton d’une expérience privilégiée. La suite, de plus de 60 m², est spacieuse, très bien agencée et décorée avec goût. La salle de bain impressionne par ses volumes, avec une grande douche et surtout une baignoire particulièrement généreuse, invitant à la détente. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité; il reste davantage orienté vers une clientèle asiatique, ce qui est compréhensible, mais n’oublie pas pour autant les quelques clients occidentaux présents ce jour-là, même en période de Noël. Quelques points viennent toutefois nuancer cette expérience. À l’arrivée, le préposé au check-in « général », avant de prendre en compte mon statut, a semblé plus occupé à répondre à des messages sur son téléphone qu’à accueillir le client, ce qui tranche avec le niveau de standing attendu. Par ailleurs, le nombre limité d’espaces fumeurs pourra gêner certains voyageurs, même si cela reste une constante en Thaïlande. En résumé, un établissement de qualité, que l’on recommande pour le confort de ses suites et ses prestations, mais où certains détails dans l’accueil mériteraient d’être davantage alignés avec l’image haut de gamme affichée.
