Le Pullman Kingpower est un très bel hôtel de Bangkok, dans un quartier très sympathique et avec une piscine et un jardin magnifique. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très efficace et d'une gentillesse rare; Si vous êtes en exécutive room ou en suite, vous aurez accès au lounge, avec apéritif et collation entre 17H00 et 19H00, la qualité de la nourriture est vraiment top et le personnel ultra accueillant.

malgrè quelques problèmes rencontrés au départ avec la qualité du ménage dans les chambres le problème a été solutionné très rapidement ainsi que le changement de l'heur pour le 'turn down bed" qui se faisait vers 16 h, et qui est redevenu plus raisonnable vers 19h après avoir signalé au management ces désagrèments. Tout le personnel est très aimable et toujours souriant de service excellent que ce soit à l'executive lounge, réception, bell boys, piscine etc....
