Nous apprécions tout particulièrement l'effort qui est fait de nous donner l'accès à la chambre dès notre arrivée vers 10h après un voyage fatiguant. Nous aimons l'espace jardin avec les koï, le magnifique espace piscine verdoyant, toujours très propre avec un bon service, la gentillesse des personnes qui nous accueil au petit déjeuner ( tellement agréable le matin pour bien commencer la journée, merci à elles encore une fois). Nous apprécions le fait que la chambre soit faite correctement tout les jours, avec plusieurs bouteilles d'eau mise à disposition e. un service de glaçon le soir avec une petite attention. Il manque des chaînes en français. Merci à tous, nous reviendrons pour un 4 ème séjour bientôt.

Très bon accueil de tout le personnel de la réception qui se rend également disponible à chaque demande avec efficacité. Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse : grande chambre avec literie très confortable, des rangements avec placards, un minibar et espace bureau. La salle de bain avec douche et baignoire est de grande taille. La propreté est impeccable et la terrasse avec vue sur le jardin et les nénuphars est un vrai plus! Climatisation silencieuse et très efficace. Bonne insonorisation (cela dépendra de vos voisins ...) et discrétion du service de ménage que nous n'avons jamais entendu durant notre semaine. La restauration au restaurant principal est correct avec du choix à la carte; les 2 buffets en semaine et week end sont un plus ! Les 2 restaurants japonais sont superbes et délicieux ! Le patio intérieur est magnifique avec sa végétation. La piscine au 4ème est de très bonne taille , une bonne orientation avec transats et parasols. Le personnel du pool bar est très souriant et disponible toute la journée pour les boissons et les repas et votre installation sur les transats . Notre expérience au PULLMAN a été une vraie réussite sur toute la ligne Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !!! Un point d'amélioration serait peut être plus de visibilité sur les restaurants, animations, buffets...dans l'hôtel car tout fonctionne par QR Code...
