We've stayed for two nights, everything went fine except that on the first night we had a water problem (there wasn't enough pressure to have a shower) and had to go to another room to shower. It was a nuisance, but the staff handled it very well and after our stay I've even received a phone call from the hotel, apologizing for the inconvenience. I don't know if the water problem is recurrent, that's why I gave 4 stars (this time).

I really expected more from the hotel. I made a specific request when booking that they were not able to perform. I just needed two rooms site by side or at least close. I specially liked the anti-COVID measures.

Booked an executive room (1 king bed) with sofa bed but when checking in the receptionist asked whether I want 2 beds room, but without telling me that would be a superior room with 2 single beds, which was a room category downgrade. Although the price difference was small, I did expected a bigger room. The staff here didn't speak much English.

The hotel is nice and the staff Jefferson were very kind. The location is central and has access to the metro, bars, restaurants and public transport. Breakfast is good and with varieties, however, espresso is paid separately..

Not a very good hotel, very old furniture, not so clean and with a very poor staff. Must get some improvements because the only really good part of the hotel is the gym. Novotel hotels are much better than this one.

Embarassing checkin experience

I had a bad checkin experience with a treatment that is not usual in this hotel, where I stayed a couple of times before. It seems that now there is a disconnection between what they promise to their loyalty program members and the way they really treat you. Complimentary drinks and other amenities do not replace the need to be cordial and gentle.

On the whole an ok experience. Hotel showing its age a little and some redecoration (inside the apartments) is required. Time to change the mattresses. Curtains could also do with a wash!. The carpet in the halls also doesn't smell great either. Breakfast was good as was dinner in the restaurant. Staff curtious at all times (front desk and chambermaid).

I've never stayed in a room where I found so many hairs. Obviously cleanliness is not their main priority. The hotel needs urgent works. I don't think it has never been refurbished. Service at the restaurant was very poor, I went for dinner and they told me that I would have to wait 40 minutes for the food to be served and restaurant was nearly empty...

Parking needs to be speedy on delivery of the vehicle, both at check in and at check out. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the service is quick and the pros are helpful. The location is great. Would recommend with confidence.

I always stayed in this hotel, but in this last lodging, the check in was awful. I checked in online, in the evening, even so the room was not with the sofa bed tidy. I used my points for the reservation, but even then it would work from the front desk charged the full daily. showing total inattention. I hope they improve the reception, with more attentive staff.

The hotel is comfortable but is getting tired. Bathrooms need to be upgraded and internet speed is very poor. Front desk and all Hotel staff people are very helpful and supportive. Hotel carpets needs upgrade.

Great staff, great hotel. I always stay there, it's my 1st choice in São Paulo. Large rooms, close to subway stations, restaurants, malls, in an area full of taxis. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant.

A nice flat in downtown São Paulo, close the subway station. I was glad to know that a host of famous guests have stayed there.Bob Kenedy, Queen Elizabeth of UK, JK and many others choosed the hotel. Although the vicinity isn't more the finest part of the city, it still shows partially the glamour of the fifties and sixties.

The staying was average until our second night when we ordered room service to have dinner in our room. We ordered it at 09:00 PM and the meal arrived at 11:30 PM. After many phone calls to the restaurant and reception, my wife decided to go down to talk to the restaurant staff and just go back to our room after the meal was ready. We requested to speak to the manager but he wan't there. This bad experience spoiled any positive experience we had with this hotel.

The location is excellent and the staff are wonderful, but your wireless system needs to be properly upgraded or place 2-3 wireless router extenders on each floor for maintaining proper connections. When traveling, I have to stay connected to my clinics/nursing homes in the event of emergencies and they have to reach. Also, your online system needs to be fixed. Every time I receive your online check-in, I cannot complete it, because of an error problem in RED, it is requesting to be fifed, when there in nothing in RED shown. Also, I am unable to make my special requests, before arriving at the hotel.

Situated in a privileged localization, in the very center of São Paulo city. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Parking is easy and safe. I strongly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is delicious.
