I really expected more from the hotel. I made a specific request when booking that they were not able to perform. I just needed two rooms site by side or at least close. I specially liked the anti-COVID measures.

Very good location, friendly stuff No pot in the room, no teas, no welcome drink, very basic rooms and old. No point to do online check in - it does not save any time, you still need to provide passport, card, etc... the key is not waiting for you.

Sobre o tamanho do quarto informamos qee além da categoria superior, temos também mais duas categorias que são as suítes júnior e a executiva, sendo uma com 35m² e a outra com 64m². Sobre a limpeza informamos que, em razão da pandemia do coronavírus, estamos seguindo os protocolos sanitários recomendados pelas autoridades competentes e também pelos certificadores internacionais, como o Bureau Veritas, que recomendam que as oportunidades de contato sejam mais restritas, sendo assim, disponibilizamos equipe para fazer a retirada de lixo e troca de toalhas diariamente , mediante solicitação, e a arrumação a cada 3 dias. Desejamos sinceramente que muito em breve essa situação da pandemia já esteja resoluta, e possamos retornar com o cronograma normal de nossos serviços. I do love my stay with your hotel in SP. But, it is becoming frustrating having to continually lose wifi connections, when I am dealing with important matters with my clinics and hospitals.

I booked at the official website, and they can't find my reservation at check in, what a joke. the floor is not very clean, feels like no cleaning for a week. pretty much no bathroom amenities.

Room has a great size and mattress is comfortable. They have an amazing breakfast with various item from colonial to international. I stayed for a week there and was surprised to see that they change quite a lot of the items they serve and always include fresh fruits and local/ regional traditional options.

Great location near interesting restaurants and 2 Starbucks. There was a nearby park with craft fair on Sunday and a library and cultural centers. Hotel was clean and rooms large. Hotel personnel pleasant and helpful with directions. I definitely will benzamycin gel returning the next time I visit São Paulo.

Very nice and spacious room for us, with great views of the city and nearby square. we were in the middle of everything we wanted in SP, close to the metro, shopping, and all the sites of this lively city. The rate made it a great value of money, with great dining and lobby bar on site. It was our first visit to Brazil and look forward to coming back again soon.

This is my second stay at your hotel. I am generally impressed with all the staff who have been friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I recommend that you replace the bed in room 806 as one side of it has completely collapsed making it difficult for two people to use it.
