1. they used the floor in which I stayed for filming location purpose and I found out that at night after midnight. No notice about this and of course you should not give rooms in that floor if you are going to have more than 10 people making such a big noise. My room was 2612 and in front of a service door in which those guys were entering constantly making noise. 2. related to the previous comment: no apology from the hotel i received. Not a note in the room, not a phone call, not an email...............nothing. I complaind adter midnight going in my pijamas to the front desk and also in the morning before breakfast also at the front desk. So they din't even making any comment so this was even MORE distunbing. Terrible, bad, poor customer service. 3.. The rooms doors make a lot of noise when they open and close. 4. I stayed 3 days and the first one they made no cleaning in the room. 5. Rooms no isolated from noise coming from the street even at the floor 26 loud music could be heard. The good thing: food at the 360 restaurant is very good. Suggestions: to offer service in between 16:00 and 18:00 hrs and make it work the machine for American express cards when taking them to room service.

I was looking for a quiet, clean place to stay for a couple of weeks. I appreciate the fact that my room was on the 25th floor, away from the street noise, but the room acoustic insulation could be better. I could not only listen to my neighbors talking next door, but also to the flushing noise in the pipes.

Good location but there are better options in that area.

Convenient location but they rent rooms for filming during hours at night so guests cannot sleep (rooms at floor 26). Front desk do not solve the situation. Too much noise from doors opening and closing, noise from the street. Poor breakfast and none of the 2 capuchinos machines worked on May 24th Dinner was good (pasta) but the credit card machine didn’t worked. Looks like it used to be a good hotel decades ago.

Guilherme was simply fantastic! He really took the time to explain the ins and outs of the city and the areas to visit. We are a young family with a one year old and his advice was just immaculate and on point for what we needed. P.S. his Map-drawing skills where also perfect. We had a great stay at this hotel and definitely will be back.
