We have stayed here many times over the past 20 years as we transit through London. The location is absolutely perfect as you don’t even have to go outside, not that it ever rains or is cold in London. Check in is always fast with a pleasant and well trained staff. The rooms are a good size as is the bathroom. The bed is super comfortable and the amenities are good too. We always take a club room since we are just overnighting so we have a light dinner in the club lounge where again the staff are great. The pièce de résistance though is the fabulous breakfast buffet and the uncontested best breakfast chef in the world, Eddie, not just in an airport hotel, but any hotel. No matter how badly hungover or grumpy you may be, one minute with Eddie will put a smile on your face. See you again in two months Eddie and Sofitel T5.

The hotel was a fantastic experience to start our holiday. Parking was easy, the hotel ambience was really nice. Room was very comfortable and lounge was of high quality including both evening and breakfast food. And, of course, the location to terminal 5 was perfect - short walk and your right there at check in.
