Hotel is fantastic location attached to T5. Good service always with a smile. Breakfast is excellent. Harpreet made sure we had lots of tea and coffee with breakfast -very friendly. Our flight was cancelled so hotel arranged an extra nights stay in same room. No problem at all. Very peaceful relax atmosphere which was good especially with the stress of a flight cancellation. ❤️

Unfortunate stay, connecting flight missed. Great stay and in particular service at breakfast. Well done Kamaljit Leopod. 1st class service. Buffet breakfast is great, although a little expensive. But selection of food was very good. 👍

Brilliant from the moment we arrived, the lady on the ALL desk was wonderful, organised a wheelchair for my wife, was very kind , patient and understanding. The room we were allocated was comfortable, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Veronique in verve restaurant was very attentive and looked after us very well. In fact all staff members were extremely polite, friendly and welcoming
