Chef Umesh was outstanding at the restaurant. He is an asset. Also Umar at reception did everything to make my trip so good. These people must be retained and congratulations passed on to them. A very welcoming Chef Umesh made my visit to the place so memorable.

Great hotel! A good atmosphere in the bar and very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff and convenience to the terminal 5 Heathrow. One con would be that there are no chargers by the bedside. A bit worrying when you need to get up for the flight. Apart from that it is lovely.

We stayed at Sofitel Heathrow prior to an early morning departure. After a quick look around, we spent the majority of our evening in the bar where we enjoyed a very attentive service from Jose who always appeared at our table just when we were ready to order. The yin to Jose’s yang was the very capable bartender Vilte, whose cocktails were truly first class (my wife commented that the cocktails were better than those we enjoyed a few days earlier at one of the most highly rated and world famous hotels in London). Keep it up, guys - we’ll see you next time.

We had a brilliant stay in the Sofitel when we visited Lapland UK for a family trip. Room lovely and great breakfast!! Special mention to Wilson in the Sphere bar who went above and beyond when we arrived back late with tired and hungry children and sorted us out with pizza, burger and drinks…super helpful and appreciate!

Jose in the Sphere Bar is an absolute star. Friendly and welcoming, very attentive, didn’t have to wait for a thing! As an airport hotel, the Sofitel is ideally situated. It’s an easy walk to departures in Terminal 5 for a British Airways flight.
