Good location but rooms small

I had a room on the 4th floor, overlooking McDs. Very noisy from the extraction fans. Room was small but appeared clean. Breakfast was poor. I had to book this hotel as it was the only one in our company list I could book close to where I was working. I've stayed in a IBIS budget in both France & the UK before and they were both far superior to this one.

Great hotel, poor breakfasf

We live staying here. It is easy to check in and the location suits us. This time however there seemed to be an issue with the hot water. In the shower it fluctuated from freezing to boiling. In the morning I came down for breakfast. There was no one checking that people had paid and this became obvious when it looked like the breakfast area had been ransacked. There were no mugs plates or bowls. There were no tea bags or milk. We had to wait quite a long time to get a cup of coffee and then wait again for pastries but there was no honey and the toaster was not really working. Every other time we have stayed it has been fine but this time there was definitely an issue. It would have been nice to get an apple or some fruit but again these were missing. Given that we paid as much as I have done In the other more upmarket versions of this hotel I would expect more……

Stayed one night here. Location is brilliant. Close to railway station and the venue we were going too (Engine Rooms) bed well comfy, staff were friendly. Overall a great night's stay.
