We have just returned from a fantastic trip to Paris, with Johnathon and Riviera Travel. Which we booked through Westoe Travel. We found the Mercure Paris Boulogne well situated, close to bus and metro links into Paris. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I would like to mention Ludvik on reception who helped us with a couple of things. He was very helpful, friendly and efficient a credit to your team. Thank you.

Overpriced, worn out, terrible smell in the room

The room was worn out (chipped furniture, dirty carpet), poorly cleaned (hair on the toilet seat), extreme sewer smell in the room (room 214). Standard does not do justice to a 4-star hotel.
