We had a wonderful time and a comfortable stay here. Everything was great, and the hotel staff were very helpful. I have only one minor piece of feedback: the room service could be more attentive. They removed the face towel but did not replace it with a new one, and the toilet tissue was not replenished, which eventually ran out during our stay.

room, food, drink, staffs, facilities and activities are wonderful the price for golf course is reasonable however golf course could be better

As a platinum member, we were treated exceptionally well from pre arrival via phone call to confirm our booking. Upon arrival, everyone at Club Millesime was kind and highly hospitable, especially Khun Pepsi and he entire team. They are great assets you possess showing what services above and beyond should be. Once again, with our several stays with you, you impressed us with your service from the heart. We kindly thank you for your hospitality and warmth. It was also sad to learn that Khun Bella is leaving for good. She had always one of the reasons why we have kept coming back to your hotel over and over again. We just widh her the best in her personal life and career in the future.

It was good but not great, small gestures would have made difference. The brekfast was gret but no one really to understand customer needs. Experienced completely different welcome in Phuket at Avista Grand though that property is really very small.
