Tidak ada ruang atau tempat untuk member bekerja, misalnya business atau executive lounge. Selain itu, penjelasan dari satu staf hotel terkait layanan membership All Accor tidak konsisten.

We sincerely appreciate your comments and regret that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We are pleased to know that our Front Office team was able to assist you during your stay. However, we sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership benefits and the inconsistency in the information provided. Your comments have been shared with the relevant team for improvement. Please kindly note that while our hotel does not have an Executive Lounge, we do offer our Sip & Splash Poolside Bar and a complimentary co-working space available for all guests, which can be reserved through our team. We would also like to inform you that we had upgraded your room by one category as part of your membership benefits. Regarding late check-out, this benefit is subject to room availability on the departure date. Unfortunately, during your stay, the hotel was experiencing a high occupancy period. We also regret that the welcome drink voucher available through the ALL App was not utilized during your stay.
