Not very satisfied with the standard of the room at all, not even a spoon to stir morning coffees Really disappointed tbh as it was a special occasion. Special request was also ignored.

Location is best thing of the hotel. Food is average, especially the buffet dinner was not as good as it was five years ago when I visited last time. Pool is enjoyable. Bar is a little bit crowed. Real issue is that Room is a bit dated as there's some noise comes from wind blows through the sealer of windows gap. It becomes an issue during night. Having said so I can feel that the staff of late night shift is trying their best to help by identifying the issue and changing to another room eventually. Appreciated. Therefore, wouldn't call this is a satisfied stay but not that bad neither.

Always my go to hotel when in Brisbane

Check in was extremely warm and easy. Got an upgrade to the 29th floor being a Gold member of Accor considering i booked the lowest room category. Staffs were extremely nice and very accommodating especially the staffs from the restaurant during buffet breakfast. During the stay, i was admitted to the hospital and my partner and step son had to stay at the hotel without me. During check out, one of the staff from Suzette restaurant found out i was hospitalised and so they gave my partner 2 boxes of fruits and pastries to take with him and give it to me with a get well soon card. That definitely made my day and made me smile whilst i recover from my surgery at the hospital. Indeed, it was a very nice gesture from the hotel. Thank you, Sofitel Brisbane!

The windows need to be sound proofed, I stayed on the 22 nd floor and can still hear the train below hooting its horn!

Staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. Check in lady was very nice and offered us a complimentary bottle of bubbly for our wedding anniversary. I won't forget this. Fruit platter was a very nice touch too, thanks for making our experience/anniversary very memorable.
