Excellent stay in this lovely Novotel close to Cardiff city centre. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. Also enjoyed the great swimming pool - a real treat in a city hotel. Thank you Alfredo and team!

Anthony and Katja in the bar are a great team and work industriously together. They do a great job always attentive to customer needs and they never seemed to stop even when they where not serving customers - thank you for making our stay memorable

I was a member here a few years ago with the leisure club but decided to pop into the restaurant one night I was very shocked to see some of the old staff like Katia & Ant in the bar and Sofie it was a nice atmosphere with caring staff I’ll be coming back a lot more
