Perfect location to where we needed to be. Subway line right under the hotel and everything was walking distance. Even the laundromat. Checkin was friendly and very funny with Estella(I think that’s her name). As our daughter got heat exhaustion on the last day we paid for a late check out without any issues. Housemaids do a fantastic job, thank you!

The location is very good. Accessible to a lot of wonderful food and shopping too. Staff at the reception are awesome and very helpful. Sad thing is I am coming in Sept and realised that 31 Aug 2024 is the last day. going miss you guys!

Well located within walking distance of the three main Ginza metro lines, the hotel was sufficiently comfortable for a 3-day stay. Short on amenities, which I didn't need in any event. Bed was sufficiently comfortable, and the HVAC succeeded in getting the room relatively cool despite the 95 degree heat outside.

We only had one Night in Tokyo to start the holiday snd booked this hotel. Central location downtown Tokyo. The room was small but sufficient for one Night. Calm street and provided what we needed. I guess for avlinger stay we’d choose another hotel or at least a much bigger room.
