A fantastic cheap hotel located in a perfect location! The rooms are basic yes, however it’s extremely clean, power shower and the staff are outstanding and always go above and beyond! Well located but door was broken

I came to check into my room, the service was nice and quick. When I got to my room, the door wouldn't open because the sensor wasn't reading to card. I had to go back down stairs and wait in a queue to talk to the 1 person on the desk to raise the issue with the card. I was due to meet my husband pronto so this was a frustrating delay. Finally someone else came to the desk and gave me another card. This also didn't work, I went to go back downstairs but they must have realised it wouldn't work and came with a master key. They said to come back later for a key. We came back and the new key didn't work. The guy on the desk tried to explain how to use the key, which was very unnecessary advice as the door was clearly broke. Also, after all the bother with this door it was quite patronising to question how someone was sliding a card through the lock. Finally the guy from the desk came up and agreed that the lock wasn't working. We felt quite unsafe so had to barricade the door so noone could enter. In addition to this, I am quite sure that I witnesses someone smoking an illicit substance outside the hotel which made me feel further unsafe.

Very suitable. I have stayed several times at this place.

The Keys dont work good Every day the Keys need to reprogramed . The breakfast is bad . Minimum please add eggs and jam minimun
