The hotel is very good Great location lovely restaurant and little cafe In reception Very tidy and clean rooms and friendly and approachable staff who were very helpful Within walking distance of the local tube station and the area is very safe

The accessible bathroom had a good adjustable shower & handrail. Floor was non slip. Only minor improvement would be the provision of a magnified mirror above wash basin to assist men in shaving or women in making up. The twin beds were comfortable. Excellent TV and good tea making facility. Window can be opened if required. The bedroom chair is very hard to sit on and requires a thick cushion. The lifts to the room are spacious and clean.

The staff was welcoming and always very supportive, the premises clean, well-appointed and bright. The only issue - but a rather maddening one - was the difficulty in setting room temperature: the controls did not work (or were completely counter-intuitive). Strange.
