Hotel was alright - we had a room that hasn't been refurbished yet, however it was still comfortable, had a big tv and a lovely bed. On the reception desk side of things, Salim went above and beyond for our comfort which really made a difference. Altogether a good stay in a nice, well connected part of London.

Mathew was amazing! The breakfast was amazing!! We needed ice water since we were so thirsty and they got us some from the kitchen. Definitely coming back here. It was our first time in the UK 🇬🇧 lovely place to stay with family, hotel was clean and modern

Despite the renovations all went well. Staff were professional and cheerful. Room and building badly in need of upgrade. Lack of hot water was a problem.

I booked this for one night and the website doesn’t indicate that this hotel is being fully refurbished so downstairs all of the facilities are temporary, it is not ok to not mention it and charge a normal rate. It should be closed

Downstairs is obviously a work in progress so that aside I would say this was a very pleasant stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms. The air con was temperamental and the tv didn’t work, also would have been nice to have had some water in the room but other than that I couldn’t fault it.
