Stayed for the Fulham v Leeds game. Check in experience good, sleep quality good wifi ok. Only disappointment was the bar which we were told was open until 11pm but last orders called at 10.45

Overall a good stay. Room was very dated and could do with a repaint/furniture update, but the beds were clean and comfortable. Staff friendly.

Great location for getting around in London. We were able to store our luggage before checking in which was very helpful. The rooms seemed to still have furniture from the 80s. The bed was quite uncomfortable (very hard). We had some very noisy people above us and on Saturday night many people were partying in their rooms long after 10 pm

Although the room decor is a little tired, the hotel was clean and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was good quality and all of the staff were polite , welcoming and helpful. It was also lovely to see a dog friendly hotel in the middle of such a large city. Should I need to stay in London again I would certainly consider staying here for convenience, comfort and value for money.

the hotel location is good but the rooms are not clean perfect, carpet very bad smell also the towels are old and not clean.

Really great location, very clean rooms and lobby. Staff were helpful at times. Parking was secure and locked down throughout the day and night. Would stay again!

The breakfast was barely edible, there’s a lot of it but it’s all really bad. Reception literally never answer the phone. Rooms are quite cramped but it’s also pot luck as to wether you get an ok ish room or one that’s even more tiny and bare than the others. Also the ‘air conditioning’ is a lie, it’s just an elaborate fan and doesn’t actually produce any cold air.

The hotel is quite overpriced for the quality of rooms. We left our Amazon Fire stick plugged in the TV. Tried calling the hotel and it took over 24 hours to get through. Even head office couldn't get hold of anyone at the hotel. It took so long to actually get to speak to someone that by the time we got through, the fire stick had gone "missing!" Very unhelpful staff. I have used this hotel in the passed many times, but the level if service has gone down in my estimation. Will never stay there again!

Tired, broken and dated rooms

Air con didn’t work, no toilet seat lid. Toilet constantly filling (this was mended but they failed to even notice there was no toilet lid) shower constantly dripping and couldn’t be fixed. Only 2 plug sockets, we had to move all the furniture around to get my wheelchair close enough to plug in and charge it. The website said assistance dogs stayed free, yet I was charged. Had to sleep with a wet towel on my head and feet as it was so stuffy and hot, if you opened the window it was too noisy! To be honest, I have stayed in Ibis in France, Holland and Belgium, they were clean modern and basic, but a palace compared to this. Only one good thing about this hotel - the staff

I have been a long stay client several times and have been very happy overall. My room has generally remained on the higher floors where the view is fantastic. This time my room was on the lower floor but still very nice. As I said before, my issue this time mainly came from the long queues just to get my keys to work. And for many days, the keys kept expiring everyday.

Great location with shops close by. Good value for money. Only issue I would appreciate the hotel would look into, is the lack of privacy in some of the rooms. We had a room that was overlooked by the other Ibis Hotel rooms. As there are no net curtains or blinds we had to keep the curtains closed throughout our stay (5 days) to maintain privacy for ourselves and others as we could also see into their room. This is a shame as the views are lovely from the windows.

Stayed at this hotel several times over several years and find it convenient for a short stay in London. There is a bus from outsdie the hotel to th West End and it is a ahort walk to the tube station (West Brompton or Earls Court). Full or continental breakfast available. Do not use the bar/restaurant forlunch or dinner , as prefer to eat out, but it s there if weather is poor or do not want to go out.
