Long weekend stay. Good size comfortable room. Fridge was not working in one of our rooms but was quickly replaced with another one. Had problem with TV reception in our other room which they failed to resolve. Very good breakfasts. Had one evening meal which was OK except for one dish which was burnt. This was quickly replaced and we were not charged for that dish. Good location for city centre and has own car park which is very useful. Staff generally friendly. Overall a good stay and good value compared to other hotels in the city. Would recommend for a visit to Bristol.

The kids loved the whole experience. The little gifts the staff gave them on arrival, the play area, the comfy sofa bed and the breakfast! And we loved the easy parking, the great location and the quality of the hotel and the service. Will definitely be booking Novotel again.

I stay here every year as I meet an old friend from student days for a night out. The hotel is clean, everything works, the staff are nice and the location is very central. In addition there had been some confusion about my online booking (possibly my fault) but they rectified that without question.
