Really friendly service, the room was a bit beat up (big red stain on the floor, bed on wheels slid around, hole in the wall where the bed must have slammed into it, shower head a bit dirty) but comfortable.

To pay so much money for a room that had stained carpets was one thing. The room smelled of urine. No freshness about it at all. The price of our room could have paid for a new carpet! Very convenient position but we won’t be back, sorry.

Great room, comfortable bed, and very clean. The only minor thing with me was that shower was not hot enough and I felt cold when I got out of the shower. Is there a time which is better to have a hot shower. Cheers Julie
