It was the perfect location for my meeting at the riverside centre directly across the road. The room was exceptionally clean....staff very friendly and helpful.....breakfast very nice. Have stayed before and will stay again. Thank you.

Old room with no external windows. Light shone all night from behind a curtain covering a window looking into a cavity. Okay for an overnight stay but not an extended stay. It was lacking some expected amenities. I would have loved to be informed about breakfast availability at check-in.

I admit the hotel is mid-level, and the rooms are not that great, but the people make it a great place to stay. All staff, including staff at the dining, reception and even cleaners, are super friendly. I am really appreciative of their human-centric approach. Keep up good work :-)

We really appreciate the early check-in as we arrived at the hotel at 8 am. Even though the hotel needs a facelift, the important thing for us was comfortable beds as we were very tired. and the hotel was quiet so we could get a good night sleep.
