Grosvenor is situated very conveniently to access the convention center, train/ tram station and main shopping district. Reception is attentive. Rooms as very dated though and need a refresh. Breakfast buffet is standard but does not cater to those who have a dairy allergy - need to just eat toast.

Loud buzzing noise in room

There was a loud buzzing noise in the room that sounded like it came from an air vent. I was very tired after a long day of travel and given I checked in late that night and was only staying one night, I decided to put up with it and used ear plugs to shut out the noise as much as possible. The noise is unacceptable and I would definitely request for an investigation if I wasn't so tired. The upside is the room is clean and the staff at front desk very courteous.
