Parking was limited, dirty carpet, no restaurant

Very convenient hotel, friendly staff

We stayed for three nights and found the hotel to be convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Car parking was somewhat confusing and rather. However, we managed to find a disabled carpark for which we have a sticker as my husband cannot walk without assistance either by cane or appliances.

The room was nice but the TV looked like it should be in a caravan and was so outdated and disappointing.

All good except the rooms are tiny town stuff for dwarfs..🤣 A must fix are those showers where the water escapes underneath and you only need a strip of flexible pvc to fix. In fact its perilous for an elderly Australian like me at 77. The entire floor is covered with water 😲 Also put in a shelf or 2 next to the wash basin and in the shower. The step into the bathroom again perilious and cant believe you have evaded authorities for so long not fixing it.. Staff very polite though room service a big question mark..🤪

Well located but stay somewhere else

Qantas flight cancelled, so Qantas organised it. Check in easy. Hotel room layout horrible. Bed under dirty air vent, step into bathroom not highlighted to code regulations, tv to the side.
