I was allergic to the room and woke up every morning with puffy eyes.

Hallway carpet needs replacing as do the blown light bulbs. Breakfast is spartan and the disposable eating utensils need replacing with cutlery and crockery.

The bathroom was very poky, and the room very airless. We couldn't really work out the air conditioning system. We were disappointed at the lack of provisions in the room - not even wine glasses.

Stayed two nights, had a shower fault 1st day, had to move rooms and was upgraded for the inconvenience. Great customer service, polite and efficient.

Location and price were good However, breakfast was very disappointing. Paper plates and cups and to eat cereal with a small wooden spoon was dreadful.
