Stayed twice in May 2025. First time, I had a double queen room booked and paid for. My wife had a change of travel plans so I arrived on my own. Reception decided I didn't need the room I had booked and put me in room 228 (one queen bed and a very tiny room) - not what I was expecting ! We returned after a few days for another stay, this time with the wife. Queried the change of rooms on the previous stay and were told that the rooms were the same price and they changed the room because they assumed that I didn't need another bed (even though the rooms were very different in size and comfort). This time, we were given room 334, a double queen. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Shower over the bath, with a very dodgy looking anti slip mat in the bath. View out the window was a very disgusting alcove full of pigeon excrement (keep the curtains shut). Okay for an overnight stay. Close to casino and river foreshore. Some 'interesting' people hanging around on the street outside. Website photos - not sure where they were taken!! Would probably find somewhere else next time - plenty of other options in the city.

Fantastic customer service from the first call . Thank you Graham for helping to organise a special welcome on my behalf to our group of six, very good friends. Excellent communication on phone and via email, throughout the planning. Courtney and Todd continued the high level of genuine, professional service and attention to detail throughout our three night stay . The cleaning staff have to also be recognised for their friendly, helpful service and quality work. Each room was spotless. We are all so pleased and appreciative of everything you all did for our annual catch up.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. The location is excellent for access to CBD, Adelaide Oval, River Torrens, parklands including the Botanic Gardens as well as public transport.

Well located, but needs lots of facility improvements

Check in and check out were quick and simple. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little outdated but clean and had all the basic necessities. Location was fabulous - close to a tram and the conference location I was attending.
