On site staff were nice and professional. The room (205) was not what I expected as it was disabled access which I didn't require or request. The room smelt very strongly of cleaning chemicals which made it very hard to fall asleep. There were no power sockets by the bed which using my devices a nuisance. I've stayed in another room in the building a few months ago which was much nicer so was disappointed to not have the same experience.
