What a beauty hotel, I was staying for 4 nights, i was impressed by the Staff, they were so frienly, and i got friend in there, his name is Roni, Roni was so knowledgeable, i love him, he explained about the hotel with a beautiful accent in english, ohh i wish this texts Will reach him haha, thank for being kind to me:)

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this very centrally located and beautiful hotel. We were pleased with our rooms which didn’t overlook the pool but were clean and well maintained. Helpful staff and good breakfast made our stay very pleasant. I would have liked to give 5 stars but the quality of service and food in the evening buffet which we tried once was poor.

I had a great time at the Phoenix hotel. I moved from Swiss bell boutique hotel to Phoenix as i had a good experience during my stay in 2019. the front desk staff are very professional and helpful. Particularly, Geetha a young woman who speaks good English and extremely kind and helpful. I admire such staff!
