This was my first stay in your hotel (where I've spent tens of nights) as a Gold member. To my surprise my status wasn't registered in the system. To make things worse the quite unfriendly lady at the lobby didn't even try to see if a room upgrade was possible, so I got stuck in one of your smallest rooms Additionally there was a very unpleasant stink to sewage in my room. On Monday I'm staying again at your hotel. If the service hasn't improved it will most likely be the last time I stay there
