This is my 4th stay at the hotel. The breakfast options were plentiful as was the bar menu. The room and the hotel was clean enough, though was a shame that the snack bar was empty. I was disappointed to find that all the fridges had been removed from the rooms. The hotel is a €25 taxi ride from the main town, but super handy if you have business in the medical park.

Good for 1-night stay

We are a family of 4 with little children and stayed 1 night. The area is nice and easily accessible. We arrived late in night and we were tired but we had to wait 20 minutes to get the room-card. The personnel is kind but perhaps they need to better prioritise.

Groundhog day. And no consideration for Silver Accor user

After years in the same hotel, every week, silver status, I still in many cases have to remind people to credit the status point, else it simply would not happen. Some weeks are obviously not charged e.g. I have way more than 19 weeks in Hannover this year, but I have given up doing it, it is tidious and in many cases people are looking at me like an alien. Besides, on 04.11 I am assigned a basic room with NO mini bar in it (and it should be free beverages for people of my status). Same happens for the invoice - I always have to remind people to send to my company address. Too many times I have the feeling I have to start from scratch, groundhog day, on (1) who I am, (2) if this is the first time I am there, (3) the need of a e-mailed invoice, (4) charge it to my company, (5) charge my status point at my private address...Alienating.

Consistently Clean Hotel, but a few capital investment updates needed

Have been staying at this hotel consistently for several years. Nice friendly staff, great breakfast, and decent hotel room. However there are 2 areas greatly in need of updates. The first being the heating and ventilation in the rooms (too hot in both summer and during fall/winter periods, with controls that do nothing for room temperature). The other annoying aspect is the bathroom layout. All rooms have a bathtub/shower set up and would be very nice if tubs were removed to make a walk-in shower like most modern hotel rooms. Would imagine less than 1% of all guests take advantage of a bathtub these days. The water pressure in the shower also is not so great or satisfying.
