Reception bad language intern in front of the guest. Room dark and bad air. Bad bed. Dirty carpet. No minibar. In general not 180€ worth.

Having stayed at this hotel approximately 30 times over the past 6 months I have found the quality of a number of services going downhill. Restaurant menu was great pre-Covid but the selection and variety has worsened with time. I have been promised a change for months now but nothing happens hence we take our business elsewhere. The air conditioning was not functional and the rooms unbearably hot. Unfortunately, with the window open and the room located adjacent the main road the traffic noise and the noise from the hospital (helicopter and ambulances), ensured a poor sleep. Historically I have received a nice welcome gift which is always appreciated. Unfortunately this time nothing. I have several further stays planned for Hannover this year and given my latest experience I am inclined to take my business elsewhere.

The hotel is well located and easy to find. Receptionist helped us with extra informations. Room is very clean and sofabed is good (for family room) Unlike other four stars hotel-chains, amenities inside room lack of refrigerator, cupboard, shower cap, toothbrush & tooth paste, hairdryer. Parkir is expensive (17 euro). Some hotels, with quite similar location (not in central district) at such big cities in Germany, give free parking.
