Hotel is under construction above our room. No warning if this. Super loud above our heads starting before 9 am. Not just drilling. Much louder. Should have put us away from directly above us. Not acceptable in any way.

Always staying there for the cosiness of the hotel, friendly staff remembering you and very nice restaurant bar with the usual Team Room design can seem a bit old fashioned for some, but reflect the Black Forrest with some touches. Steps away from the main central train stations, buses ro the euroaiport and tramways

Very good hotel, comfortable ans spacious room. All very tidy and clean. Staff was very kind. Perfect position to visit the city. We have not made breakfast so I cannot say about it. Thanks. I'll come back.

After several stay I always come back to the Novotel, staff, rooms, hotel location! The hotel doesn't change and it is good so! A great addition this time the summer terrace bar in front of the hotel, which gives a beach atmosphere in t he middle of the city!

Nice hotel but a little bit old and definitely needs a refresh. The good point is that the hotel has a parking and you can directly access it from your floor. The staff is ok, the rooms are clean but old

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding for a hotel that - although still in good shape - lacks some top modern details due to its age and unfortunately also shows one or two signs of wear and tear.
