Magnifique vue depuis la chambre, staff professionnel et souriant, très réactif, large option de restaurants. Les points à améliorer : du lait pour le café dans la chambre, des produits de bains de meilleures qualité, le transfert proposé vers l’aéroport est bien trop cher comparé aux prix pratiqués au Caire, un nettoyage plus en profondeur de la salle de bain notamment le siphon de la baignoire. Le restaurant Kebabgy est excellent, la terrasse très agréable surtout le soir. Le room service est rapide. La chambre est très fonctionnelle, plutôt propre même si on sent que ça reste un ancien hôtel. Le point le plus positif fut l’amabilité du staff à la réception lors de mon check-in.

En tentant de faire mon checkout jai decouvert que la cle etait desactivee et jai du attendre devant ma chambre malgre le fait que javais un sommet corporatif et que javais pas necessairement le temps de faire des checkout et cie. Ganna heureusement etait montee tout de suite a l appel que javais place pour me donner une autre cle. On mavait donne une chambre au 6e et quand je suis alle leur demander une autre chambre sur une etage plus haute a la reception, un gars et une fille m ont dit qu il y en avait pas : mensonge en plein face. Un autre collegue ma donne la chmabre que je voulais. Sinon pour le reste cetait beau. La plupart du staff est tres courtois.
