The Sofitel in Brussels was a dream. It was my families favorite part of our Belgium trip. It is a beautiful hotel, set throughout the hotel. Our suite was spacious and perfect for a family. The restaurant was delicious. VERY kind staff. They went above and beyond having fun with our son, helping me with business needs, and happily serving in anything we asked for. It was nice being in a business district and not a tourist area. More calm here, safe, good food around us. Easy to hop on metro and go to Grand Place.

We stayed in Room 408 and Room 410 for 3 days in 3rd week of June 2024. I can provide my booking confirmation number for verification. We asked for additional drinking water by calling at front desk one evening. The lady at front desk was pretty rude, and displayed racist behavior.. She told us we will not get more drinking water as only the one already in room is complimentary. More water is not complimentary. I will take it up with senior management of Accor group. Wait and watch.

Love the bed and sleeping concept. In addition, the bathroom was spacious. However, the rainfall shower would be even better with higher water pressure. Complementary water (still and sparkling) was highly appreciated, as was the free Neuhaus chocolate. Extremely polite and professional staff.

This is probably my 9th stay at the Sofitel and still can’t find any fault. Check in was swift and very friendly. As a loyal customer, we were upgraded to a better room. Room was clean, spacious and well furnished. Jimmy at breakfast is exceptional. Breakfast has a wide variety of options including gluten free ones. Special mentions to Sophie and Adil who swiftly took care of an unpleasant situation in the night. Location is fantastic - within the EU quartier with several options to dine out.

Nice short stay in Brussels, big room on 6 floor with soft bed and large bathroom, only downside no rain shower. Was quite warm so it took time to cool the room. Good and tasty breakfast in Sofitel style. Lobby bar is nice good ipa beer on draft. Swift check in/out. Friendly place and perfect location as close to everything.
