Rubbish and loud noise and no interest from hotel staff

However, we are sorry to hear about the noise issues and the incident with the tray in the corridor. We are delighted that you found our early check-in accommodating and that our location made your visit to the historical city centre enjoyable, with easy access to the Grand Place just a short stroll away.
