Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you appreciated our hotel's atmosphere, the cleanliness, and our dedicated staff, who strive to provide excellent service. It is great to hear that our breakfast, particularly the fresh orange juice, was to your liking. Our bar also takes pride in serving an array of refreshing beverages and Belgian beers, and it's wonderful that our bartender made a lasting impression on you. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the bed in your room. Please know that our Sweet Bed by ibis mattresses, introduced in 2019, are typically appreciated for their comfort, and we regret that this was not your experience. We will certainly look into this matter to ensure our guests' utmost comfort. Finally, we are pleased to note that our hotel's prime location and the ambiance contributed to a positive stay. Located just a stone's throw away from the Grand Place, we are glad you enjoyed the convenience and charm of being in the heart of Brussels. We are hoping to welcome you back in the future. We are delighted that you found our check-in process efficient and our breakfast offerings to your satisfaction, with a variety of options from cereals to hot foods and a popular waffle maker. Our aim is to provide a delightful dining experience to start the day right. However, we regret to hear that the room size and the towels provided did not meet your expectations. Our rooms are designed to be cosy and efficient, and we're sorry to hear that the room felt smaller due to the dormer style window. Regarding the towels, we ensure that they are fresh and of quality, and we are looking into your comments to ensure that all our linens meet our guests' expectations. We also provide extra towels upon request to accommodate any additional needs.
