Should be warned about refurbishment.

Hotel was great for what we needed, free parking and close to the venue we needed for a show. Problems they are going through refurbishment so had to switch rooms because of noise. And needed help to understand a/c settings. No need for online check in. Still had to go through the whole process at check in. Staff friendly. Room and bathroom standard and more than ample for short stay. We were there one night.

Wouldn't stay again.

Wouldn’t stay there again. Booked a stay for 4 days on my birthday week. I have been in Ibis Hotels in Lisbon before, but not in Alfragide. To my disappointment, beds were so small you had to be careful not to fall at night, bathroom seems to be made of plastic and last but not least, there was a hotel refurbishment in process, which means loads of noise early morning, dust, strong smells aaaand our window view close by a white paper. When I address this last one to the reception I was told that it was “to our privacy”. One of the days I tried to open the window to have fresh air, due the strong smell inside the room, and there was no ventilation as there was a paper closing our whole window. Oh and not to mention that cleaning staff touches guests stuff inside the room, so be careful. Luckly our lugagge with valuables was locked. I really don’t mind sharing my candies with anyone, but I feel a bit of attitude to find a box of chocolate half open, and then only the paper of candies on top of the dusty table. If you take, not a problem at all, but at least take the paper with you. Breakfast was good at least. So, in my opinion, not the best place to spend your birthday week and not the best place to stay at all. Will def choose another hotel next time.

Basic. No hospitality tray. Good sound proofing; my room faced the road but I could hardly hear the traffic. Too far from Lisbon no local amenities, shops or restaurants. Breakfast was adequate, it would have been nice to offer other meats for people that don't eat pork. Check in was slow. Check out was fast.

Very poor breakfast, disappointed with the quality of it. For example it was the first time I saw in a hotel (Ibis included) open butter for everyone to share, and not individual packs, not hygienic at all. I only took breakfast the first day, so I ask for a refund which the hotel refused... nothing more to say about that. About all the rest, was okay: all staff was great, kind and professional and the room clean and bed very comfortable.

The room is clean. It is big. Big bathroom with everything, at least for me. The only bad thing about the hotel is location. Quite far from any center. The worst frozen pizza I have ever tasted. Don’t eat just drink. The staff is excellent and friendly.
