A very nice place in the middle of the most active area of Lisbon, with great people dedicated to your comfort and your wellness. A place to recommend for a stay with your family and/or your friends to be sure to discover the beauty of this capital rich in history and culture. Take the metro just in front of the hotel with all the lines to reach any places along the Tage rivers, the shopping centres or the airport.

Although we got off to a bad start because we were not able to access our room very timeously, from then onwards the hotel was wonderful - the location was exceptional overlooking the avenue of beech trees up Avenue Liberdad making for a peaceful stay when at the lower end of the street, it was exceedingly noisy and the utmost privacy since the buildings facing the hotel were very far away. The bedding (mattress, pillows and bed linen) was superb. But the best of all were the amazing staff. They were the epitome of professionalism, charm and marvellous service.

Best location for sightseeing. Comfortable beds and pillows. Large shower/bathroom by European standards. Attentive staff. A homeless man asked two ladies standing in front of the hotel for money and one of the staff came out from the lobby right away to help with the situation.

Great location, comfortable room. A few reasons I didn't give this a 5: the bed was way too soft and the room attendant service on our last day overlooked several items in the bathroom - washcloths, soap dispenser refill, kleenex. Additionally, closet is a strange layout and hard to use, and our coffee maker didn't function. Concierge did make some excellent dining recommendations.

Great Location

I love the location of this hotel. We could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. The staff are friendly and the turn down service is awesome. We enjoyed the tea service every night. However, the electrical outlets were not easy to get at and they were not working.
