This place is a great place, it’s close to everything, as a tourist you need. The room is comfortable, the reception and the bar open late, v run good staff. However, it’s not a big thing, but if you are British, BBC World service doesn’t work on their TV service… to be fair, and I think realise, we were not long enough for their brilliant staff to correct this. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms need to be renovated. Bed mattress was not confortable. However, the hotel personnel was quite effective to offer a solution and cancel the rest of our stay.

Hotel located in a nice and lively neighborhood of Prague, lots of restaurants, chain brands and shops nearby. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms clean and air conditioned. Bathroom also clean and nice. No slippers in the room was the only problem for me. Overall highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this hotel with breakfast included in our booking. While the location was convenient and the room clean, we were disappointed by the lack of allergy information. My husband has dietary restrictions, and unlike other hotels we stayed at in Prague and its suburbs, this hotel offered no gluten-free options. Although the staff was helpful in providing him with slices of toast, it did not meet our expectations. Given our experience, we would likely choose to stay elsewhere in the future, avoiding the Ibis hotel chain.
