Staff amazing, food is ok, but the beds were really uncomfortable, which is why this is not a 10. I would probably come again. Great value.

Stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. The hotel was well located, close to a shopping centre and lots of public transport. Breakfast was ok but I would skip it next time as they’re are lots of options around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were ok although our daughters mattress toppers kept coming off their single beds. The hotel was quiet (noisy outside but inside you couldn’t hear it. until the last night when a group of tourists came home from a night out and talked at the top of their voices up and down the corridor.

Budget hotel for a city break and you get what you pay for. Basic rooms but adequate. In a modern area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, always fresh food and plenty of choice. Staff very helpful regarding travel information etc.

the rooms were very tiny and need a reparation. The water in the shower was not warm enough. The hotel is located near the big roads and you can hear street noises all night. The windows are not hermetic.
