As other users have pointed out, this hotel is stock standard for an Ibis, relatively no frills but with all the necessities. It is clean, relatively convinient and affordable especially given its location. Unfemy experience was not so pleasant. Their staff are in dire need of training. They kept overcharging me for my pre-booked rooms, they couldn't seem to figure out their accor point system. I didn't appreciate that one of their staff members was dismissive about my concerns about the incorrect charges, amounting them to be "because of the tax", which made no sense. It was clear to me that her priority was to ensure I went away along with my overcharge issue. After finally spending my own time working out and then explaining the issue, I wanted to provide feedback so that this wouldn't happen again. That wansnt going to happen. From the staff and the night managers point of view, my issue was resolved so no further problem existed. I was exhausted out of providing meaningful feedback with these people and I'd wasted enough time. When you stay at a hotel it's supposed to be a nice and smooth transaction. This wasn't, and only I appeared to be the one paying close attention, the staff weren't interested. I have made complaints but I have no faith anything will come of it. My suggestion to fellow travellers is to scrutinise your bill as they are careless. My advice for fellow accor ALL members is don't bother, they don't care about your loyalty and they certainly find your membership perks problematic. Its a waste of time trying to provide feedback, they don't appear to care or unseestand that people don't like to be dismissed about their overcharge.

Just like most other Ibis hotels worldwide, Ibis Gangnam is reasonably priced, clean, practical, comfortable and convenient The room was not exactly spacious but it was clean and well maintained. Not to mention that breakfast is delicious as well. It is conveniently located beside various eateries and groceries. For those travelling via metro - the nearest station is Samseong or Soelleung - both about 8mins walk away. It is worth mentioning that KAL limousine bus takes passengers directly from Incheon airport terminal to Posco bus station - which is just 3mins walk away from the hotel. We found this option easy and practical as we were travelling with a few luggages. Overall a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this place.

Only stayed for one night for a quick in and out, but very pleased with the stay. The hotel is located halfway between Solleung and Samseong station (the line that runs through Gangnam), and both within 5-10min walking distance. It's very close to COEX/Starfield Mall where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. Otherwise, unless you have business in the area, other hotels may have more useful locations. Rooms are as expected, small but functional, clean and comfortable. Was upgraded to a superior and the bathrooms are very spacious and modern. Did not try any of the hotel's facilities, bars or restaurants so cannot comment on these.

Hotel Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Gangnam is in a good location, close to Coex and in the trendy Gangnam area. I was disappointed with the outdated and ageing rooms. Breakfast was fantastic. Service excellent. Otherwise Value for Money.

Front desk has been very helpful and am impressed with their service. Room is well maintained & comfortable & has good internet connection. Many places to eat near the hotel. Great location ! Will stay here again.
