The trouble with this hotel is that it's situated in the wrong place for a visit to Florence. It's not walkable from the airport, has no transport links and there is nothing of any interest close the hotel. On top of that the hotel room takes basic to a new level. No glasses. No bottle opener. No tea or coffee making facilities. A bed (a very comfortable bed!). A TV... That's it. Friendly but kind of disinterested staff. The breakfast seems like an afterthought. The bar, such as it is may have well be in a cupboard. Whose idea was it to put a hotel on gthe edge of a run down industrial estate? 20€ to get to and from the airport which also has the tram link. The most souless hotel I've ever stayed in.

The receptionist would not warm up a special meal for us. I have stayed many times before and this was never an issue. And the beds were absolutely terrible. I literally couldn't sleep.

We stayed 1 night, everything was good, check in and check out, room, reception service, staff, parking and the location (for those who stay 1 night , is near the high way to continue easily the journey for next day). Excellent price and quality. Will come back. Thank you.

Woke up with a rash on both my forearms, pillow (very lumpy and uncomfortable) and blanket must be infected with dust mites. At first I thought it was bedbugs but the rash got better very quickly once I left the hotel for the day, so I'm guessing it's dust mites. Hotel is very run down. They tried to mask the slight mouldy smell by having dried flower petals on all the floors at the elevators. Carpet very dirty!
