Lady at front desk saw me walk in but continued to walk away, whether she was attending to something else or not I do not know. I waited for atleast 5 minutes before she returned with an “oh” I don’t mind waiting, but knowing a patron has walked in, she could have acknowledged me and said I’ll be right back rather than come back 5 minutes later to check me in without any reason why she had kept me waiting. I wasn’t happy but I also understand good staff is hard to find

I want to start by saying the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The option to have a late check in was most appreciated. Unfortunately, the room's state did not meet the standard. The room, bed sheets, pillows (which there were only 2 very thin pillows offered in queen room) and towels smelt of stale Cigarettes, there was no remote for the TV, the shower had rust and the mini fridge smelt of off milk. Due to the late check in there were no staff available to assist with this and seeing as the bed at least was comfortable, with this not being an “emergency” I didn’t want to bother the contact number left.

Not very good, cold, not a good experience

Air conditioner didn’t work,there wasn’t even a remote in the room to turn off the cold air that was coming out of the air conditioner, the window didn’t close, couldn’t get extra blankets, gave us a mattress protector cause that’s all they could find, never moved us, stil payed full price for 3 nights. It was that cold we had to go to bed with our jumpers and track pants on. To say I’m very disappointed is an understatement. I had 3 other groups stay there at this business with us and I was very disappointed

Well located for our need

Our room was very cold. Air conditioner did not work and when we asked for blankets there was none available . Needs to have a chair to sit on in the room and a bin in the room not just the bin in the bathroom. There was a lot of mould on the shower curtain which was a concern.
